Once your package is on its way, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow it all the way to your doorstep. Delivery times can vary a little depending on where you live, but our promise is simple: we ship quickly and you do not pay for shipping.
Life happens. If a chain snaps or a stone comes loose, contact us with your order number and a photo. Within the first 6 months, we’ll repair or replace pieces that show a problem with materials or craftsmanship whenever possible.
